Alan F. Schimming, Principal Broker

A licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Arkansas, Mr. Schimming has over 25 years of experience in sales, development, leasing and management of real estate. After graduating in 1974 from Colorado State University and prior to joining Supreme-Realtors in 1981, Mr. Schimming was in retail sales management for seven years.

Mr. Schimming has successfully developed both office and retail properties Richmond Park Center, Summerhill Plaza Business Center, Richmond North Center, and is currently developing Summerhill Ridge Office Park.

He is a member and past Director of the Texarkana Board of Realtors, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, a CCIM designee, and a former Texarkana, Texas City Councilman.


Alan Hackworth, Executive Broker

Alan provides twenty-two years of retail expertise and twelve years of real estate development and construction experience. His brokerage offerings include Retail, Office, Hospitality, Industrial, and Land Development in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Alan was named to the Board of Governors, Commercial Investment Division by the Texas Association of Realtors. Alan’s understanding of all facets of the Real Estate industry provides clients and customers with a unique combination of insight and skills.

Alan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a past director of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, and Texarkana Board of Realtors. He is a board member of the Economic Development Committee of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce.


Donovan L. Driver, Property Manager

Mr. Driver is a native to the Texarkana area and a licensed real estate agent in Texas. He has over 10 years of business management experience and has taken part in various construction ventures at a supervisory level.

Mr. Driver is a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, Texarkana Board of Realtors, Wilbur Smith Rotary Club, and Marketing Advisor for Healing Helpers Anti-Drug Coalition.
